ACCOUNT

Accounts & subscriptions

Handle sign-up, platform use, device changes, and subscription refresh issues. A subscription is an account access credential; import it only into trusted clients and store it securely.

Do I need an email address to sign up for EyVPN?
No email address is required. Create an account with a username and password. Store both in a trusted password manager so you can recover access after changing browsers or clearing local data. Use the username to sign in to the user panel, where you can view plans, get subscriptions, and submit tickets.
Which systems and client platforms does EyVPN support?
Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux are supported. Open the download page in the user panel to get the client and import instructions for your current system. Do not apply setup steps from another platform directly, as system permissions, background behavior, and subscription import options may differ.
Do I need to buy another plan after changing devices?
No. Changing devices does not require another purchase. EyVPN supports unlimited simultaneous devices, so you can sign in to the same account on supported platforms and import the subscription again. When retiring an old device, remove any saved subscription details. If someone else has seen the subscription, use the user panel to address its security.
Why does the client still show old routes after updating the subscription link?
First confirm in the user panel that your current plan is active, then return to the client and update the subscription or refresh its configuration. If old content remains, close and reopen the client, and check that the imported subscription belongs to the current account. Do not edit characters in the subscription address manually or paste it into untrusted websites or tools.
CONNECTION

Connections & troubleshooting

First distinguish between local network, client permissions, subscription status, and target service issues. Eliminate possible causes step by step; this is more effective than repeatedly reinstalling or changing settings.

What should I check first when the client cannot connect at all?
First confirm that the current network can open commonly used websites, then check the plan status and whether the subscription has been updated. Switch to another route, fully quit and reopen the client, and confirm that the system has granted the permissions needed for network access. If every route fails, include the system name, the client’s exact error text, the selected route, and the time period when the issue occurred in your ticket.
What should I do when the client says it is connected but websites still will not open?
Test commonly used websites and the target site separately to determine whether all requests fail or only a specific service is affected. Temporarily switch routes, reload the page, and check whether the client is using routing rules that do not match the current use case. Browser extensions, the system proxy, and the client can also conflict when controlling the network at the same time; during troubleshooting, keep only one connection method active.
Why is only one app not using the proxy?
This is usually related to the client’s routing mode, the app’s own network behavior, or system permissions. First access the same service in a browser for comparison, then check whether the app has been set to connect directly by a rule. Briefly switch to a broader connection mode to verify the cause, then restore rules suited to everyday use instead of keeping unnecessary global routing enabled.
How can I stop the connection from dropping on mobile when the app goes into the background?
Check the system’s background activity, battery-saving, and network-switching settings so the client can keep running when the screen is locked or you switch apps. If the device moves between Wi-Fi and mobile data, the connection may need to be established again. Add the client to the system’s list of apps allowed to run in the background, and confirm its connection status after returning to the foreground before accessing the target service.
ROUTES

Speed & routes

Route performance depends on the local network, destination, geographic distance, and time of use. Compare routes in the same scenario instead of judging by route names alone.

How should I choose among many routes?
For everyday browsing and work, start with a geographically closer region, then adjust it based on where the target service is located. For services with region-specific content, prioritize a route in the corresponding region. Similar route names do not guarantee identical performance; compare routes individually based on your local network, destination, and current time.
What should I do if speeds slow down or lag during peak hours?
First rule out congestion on the local Wi-Fi network and background downloads, then switch to another route in the same region. If the entire region is slower, compare it with a nearby region. For video, wait until the connection is stable before loading playback; for work, avoid simultaneous high-volume transfers. In a ticket, include your carrier network environment, target service, route name, and the time period so the network path can be diagnosed more easily.
Is frequent video buffering caused by the route or the local network?
Disconnect the accelerated connection first and test basic loading on the local network, then compare routes in different regions. If every route buffers on one device while other devices work normally, focus on that device’s Wi-Fi signal, background tasks, and client settings. If only a particular content service is affected, try a route that matches its region.
The connection keeps dropping. Does repeatedly switching routes help?
Constant switching can hide the real cause. Fix one route first and observe what action or network change precedes the interruption. If the local network is stable, test another route in the same region. If every route drops when the network changes, check system background restrictions and client permissions first. Recording a reproducible sequence before submitting a ticket is more useful than simply reporting an unstable connection.
BILLING

Billing & refunds

This section covers monthly plans, traffic packages that never expire, upgrade billing, payment methods, and the refund request process. Before ordering, verify the plan name and order status in the user panel.

What monthly plans are available, and when does traffic reset?
Monthly plans are: ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Traffic resets monthly on the activation date. Choose based on your typical browsing, work transfers, and video usage. If your usage changes, you can view the current plan and upgrade options in the user panel.
What traffic packages are available, and do they reset each month?
Traffic packages are: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They remain available until used, never expire, and do not reset monthly. They suit users with irregular usage who want to manage traffic based on actual consumption. Monthly plans reset on the activation date, so choose according to your usage pattern.
How is a mid-cycle upgrade to a monthly plan calculated?
When you upgrade a monthly plan mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated into the remaining days. Before proceeding, check the current plan, upgrade target, and displayed charge in the user panel. If the order status and current plan are out of sync, do not submit again; refresh the user panel first. If the issue remains, include the relevant order details in a ticket.
Which payment methods does EyVPN support?
Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported. During checkout, use the payment options shown on the user panel’s billing page. If the plan status does not update promptly after payment, return to the user panel and refresh the order and plan status instead of paying again. If it still has not synced, submit a ticket with the relevant order details.
How do I request a refund?
EyVPN offers 7-day refunds without requiring a reason. To request one, open the ticket page in the user panel, select a billing- or refund-related issue type, and include the relevant order details and a clear refund request. Confirm that the account matches the order before submitting, and do not apply from another account. Track progress in the original ticket.
