Service Scope

EyVPN provides cross-border access and network acceleration through international routes, covering 100+ countries and 180+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The regions available for connection, client entry points, and subscription status are based on the information shown in the user panel at that time. Routes may change due to maintenance, carrier adjustments, target service policies, or local network conditions.

The service provides network connectivity only. It does not indicate any partnership between EyVPN and the websites, applications, or content providers accessed by users, nor does it guarantee the legality, accuracy, continued availability, or full functionality of third-party content. Access performance may change when third-party services adjust regional policies, account rules, or technical interfaces.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to sign up; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their login credentials and are responsible for subscriptions, orders, route usage, and support ticket activity carried out through their account. If credentials are exposed or unusual activity is detected, change the password promptly and submit a support ticket through the user panel.

EyVPN does not limit the number of devices online at the same time, but each account is for the subscriber and devices they reasonably manage. Do not publicly share account credentials, subscription details, or import content; do not resell, distribute, or rent the service; and do not provide ongoing access to unspecified parties through account sharing. The user responsible for public sharing or resale bears responsibility for resulting traffic consumption, account risks, and third-party losses.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated against the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Confirm the plan type, traffic allowance, and billing method before making a selection.

Compliant Use Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and where the service is used. Users are responsible for confirming that cross-border access, data transfers, and use of third-party platforms meet relevant requirements. The service must not be used for unlawful purposes, to infringe others’ rights, distribute illegal content, commit fraud, launch malicious attacks, disrupt network facilities, or access another person’s systems without authorization.

Users must not use the service through automated abuse, abnormal resource consumption, or other methods that affect route stability. If activity may endanger systems, routes, other users, or third-party rights, EyVPN may take necessary measures such as restricting connections, suspending subscriptions, or terminating accounts, and may retain relevant operation records where applicable.

Availability and Liability Limits

Cross-border connections may be affected by local carriers, international backbone networks, device systems, network congestion, route maintenance, and third-party service policies. EyVPN maintains routes and clients based on actual operating conditions, but does not promise that every region, network, or third-party service will perform consistently at all times.

When interruptions, speed changes, or service unavailability result from incorrect device configuration, mishandled passwords, third-party platform restrictions, public network failures, carrier adjustments, events beyond reasonable control, or other circumstances outside reasonable control, EyVPN is not liable, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for indirect losses, loss of anticipated benefits, or liability arising from third-party services.

Users should keep their own copies of important materials and assess the impact before performing system upgrades, adjusting clients, or changing network configurations. Help documents and support ticket guidance are intended for general troubleshooting and do not replace services provided by device manufacturers, network operators, or professional organizations.

Termination, Refunds, and Changes

Users may stop using the service. If an account involves resale, public sharing, unlawful use, malicious resource consumption, interference with route operations, infringement of third-party rights, or attempts to avoid normal billing procedures, EyVPN may suspend relevant functions or terminate the service. Records needed to meet legal obligations, handle disputes, or protect system security may be retained to the extent required by applicable rules.

A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 7 days of the first payment. Submit refund requests through the user panel and provide information that identifies the relevant order. The refund route and processing result depend on the original payment channel’s rules. If there is unlawful use, resale, public sharing, or another clear violation of these terms, EyVPN may review the request based on the circumstances.

EyVPN may update these terms based on laws and regulations, service content, route arrangements, or operational needs. Changes will be posted on the relevant pages of this site or in the user panel and will apply from the stated effective time. Continued use after an update indicates acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept a change, stop using the service before the revised terms take effect.
