Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This policy explains what data EyVPN processes when providing its website, user panel, and cross-border network acceleration service, why it is processed, and how users can manage it. Using the service means you have read this policy; if you disagree, stop using the relevant features.

Data Collected and Processing Purposes

Registration does not require an email address, and no registration email is collected. Users can register with a username and password; the system processes account identifiers, securely handled authentication information, plan status, and traffic usage for sign-in verification, subscription delivery, usage accounting, and account security.

After an order is placed, order items, amount, payment status, creation time, and refund records are retained to complete transactions, reconcile accounts, handle disputes, and meet necessary financial obligations. The website also generates basic access analytics, such as pages visited, browser type, referring page, and network information, to investigate unusual access, improve page performance, and understand content usage. Website analytics and network acceleration traffic are handled separately.

No-Logs Principle and Connection Information

EyVPN does not record which websites users access through international routes, retain browsing content, search queries, or application communications, or create activity profiles linking an account to a specific destination website.

While the service is running, it may briefly process in memory the technical information needed to establish a connection, complete identity checks, measure traffic, and control faults. This information is not stored as browsing history. Traffic measurement is used only to maintain an account's used and remaining allowance; it does not include destinations or communication content. When a user voluntarily submits a support ticket, the diagnostic information provided in it is used only to address that issue.

Cookies and Local Storage

The website and user panel use cookies or browser local storage to save sign-in status, interface language, necessary security markers, and user preferences. This data maintains sessions, recognizes signed-in accounts, and avoids repeated setup; it is not used to build cross-site browsing profiles.

Users can clear this data through their browser. After clearing it, they may need to sign in again, and language and interface preferences may return to their default state. Disabling storage needed to maintain sign-in may prevent the user panel from completing authentication or keeping a session active.

Payment Processing and Third Parties

EyVPN supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Payment confirmation is handled through the relevant third-party payment service, which may receive the order identifier, amount, and payment status required to complete the transaction under its own rules. EyVPN receives the information needed to confirm the order result and does not obtain or store complete payment credentials for third-party accounts.

Payment providers are responsible for processing data they collect independently. Users should read the relevant payment service's privacy notice before paying. Except where necessary to complete a transaction, process a refund, meet applicable requirements, or resolve a dispute, the service will not expand its use of payment data.

Data Retention and Deletion

Account details and subscription status are retained while an account remains active so the service can continue to be provided. Order and refund records are kept only as needed for transaction reconciliation, dispute handling, and applicable obligations. Website analytics are retained only as needed for security analysis and performance improvement, with aggregation used where possible.

Users can sign in to the user panel and submit a support ticket to request deletion of an account and eligible associated data. After receiving a request, account ownership will be verified and information no longer needed will be processed for deletion. If some order records must be retained for financial obligations, unresolved disputes, or security investigations, their use will be restricted and they will be processed when the reason for retention ends.

User Rights and Policy Updates

Users can view key account status details through the user panel and submit a support ticket to correct inaccurate account information, request an explanation of data processing, or delete an account. Do not submit sensitive content unrelated to the issue in a ticket; after troubleshooting is complete, users may request deletion of diagnostic materials they provided.

This policy may be updated when service features, payment processes, or applicable requirements change. The revised text will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be adjusted accordingly. Significant changes to the scope of data processing will be communicated through an appropriate notice in the user panel. Continuing to use the updated service means you acknowledge the revised content.
